|Recommended: YesBest Apartment EVER — Modera Midtown is in a great, beautiful location in Midtown less than a mile from Piedmont Park. The amenities are insane and look straight out of a magazine. The concierge is amazing to have for guests or food deliveries. The leasing staff is so professional and kind, Lalli was super helpful and patient during my move-in process which was very last minute and hectic. The Community Manager is a SAINT. I love everything about living here. Can't wait til it warms up so I can use the pools

|Recommended: YesI think I am going to like it here — Take a self guided tour. You will want to instantly apply. I love living here. Len and Shealyn made my move in process so easy. The entire experience living here definitely is worth every penny. It has been a week and I feel so at home.

|Recommended: YesFirst Week at Modera Midtown — Positives Apartment looked perfect upon move in, dog park and other amenities are amazing, elevator in the morning is quick and easy, concierge in the morning is very friendly, ample parking options
Negatives Confusion on parking and elevator access upon move in, night concierge was unfriendly and seemed annoyed to help out and said there was no elevator access from the resident parking garage when there is plenty, highway and street noise at night can be heard on the 15th floor so be prepared to use earbuds or earplugs to sleep, guest have to be let in by resident going to the first floor and allowing them inside the building and then joining the resident in the elevator to the resident's floor...a guest key code pad would be a great option

|Recommended: YesGreat place to stay - Needs a few Changes — If you’re new to. Atlanta and are looking for a safe , comfortable place to live in, Modera Midtown is your go to. So far have had a positive experience Living here, the amenities are great, parking very convenient and the walking distance from all things happening in Midtown is Amazing. The only area of improvement would be that the trash rooms can be better maintained a lot better .
Also Lalli from the Management office is always there to help you out.. especially shout out to her.

I toured 7 different apartment buildings and Modera pretty quickly stood out as the clear choice based on amenities, price for the amount of space I got, and the feel of luxury. Always friendly and helpful staff and residents too
